WELCOME TO THE B.I.G NAFF Project Meeting!
All meetings will take place every 25 minutes with a 5 minute break, during the event period(9am to 6pm, July 1st~July 2nd / 9am to 12pm 3rd July). Please bear in mind that meeting participants have to arrive on time and respect the assigned time to prevent delays.
The available time may vary depending on the participant's time zone, so you should mark your available time accurately in advance.
❗No additional meeting will be made for the participant's no-show.
❗You cannot make changes to fixed meetings.
❗Any projects not attending the jury meeting will be excluded from the awards consideration and there will be no exceptions under any circumstances.
PROJECT BUSINESS MEETING
- one-to-one meeting between the project's representatives & the industry guests Sat 1st July - Mon 3rd July, 9:00AM - 6:00PM (in Korean time, GMT+9)
DEADLINE
- You have until Friday 26th June at 9:00AM(in Korean time, GMT+9) to send/accept meeting requests.
- Requests after the daedline could be sent but not guaranteed.
- You will receive your final schedule afterward.
Setting the meeting environment (onsite/online)
- Please refer to the guide, How to Use b.sqaure
Profile
- Please fill out the profile information about your company or project.
- If you are an onsite participant, please set the time zone into 'Asia/Seoul (GMT +9:00)'
- If you are an online participant in your own country, please set the time zone into 'your country' and set the available time.
Availability
- Changing the meeting time is not available.
- In the case that your accepted meeting schedule suddenly disappeared and the one's status has changed from ACCEPTED to PENDING, please request them once more in order to generate a new meeting agenda. This is only available when they have an extra meeting slot, so it doesn't guarantee a new meeting agenda.
- Your meeting agenda will not be opened to the others.

- 프로젝트 관계자와 인더스트리 게스트(국내외 투자, 제작, 배급사, 영화기관 관계자)간의 1대1 미팅
- 2023년 7월 1일(토) - 7월 3일(월) (한국 시간)
스케줄링 마감
- 6월 26일 자정에 프로젝트 관계자와 인더스트리 게스트 간의 미팅 스케줄링이 마감됩니다.
- 미팅 스케줄(Agenda)은 6월 28일(수)에 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 마감일 이후에도 미팅 신청이 가능하며, NAFF 비즈니스 미팅 기간인 7월 1일, 2일, 3일 17:00에 미팅 스케줄이 추가로 생성될 예정입니다.
- 주기적으로 비닷스퀘어에 로그인하셔서 수락을 기다리는(Pending) 미팅 일정을 수락해 주시고 미팅 일정(Agenda)을 확인해 주세요.
회의 설정
- 가이드를 참고해주십시오.
프로필 작성
- 회사 또는 프로젝트에 대한 프로필을 작성해 주세요.
- 현장 참가자들은 타임존 설정시, Asia/Seoul(GMT+9)로 설정해 주세요.
- 해외에서 온라인으로 참석하시는 게스트분들은 거주하고 계신 국가로 타임존을 설정해 주시고, 미팅 가능하신 시간을 설정하시기 바랍니다.
미팅 스케줄 변경(Availability)
- 미팅이 생성된 스케줄에 대한 미팅 스케줄 변경은 불가합니다.
- 갑자기 미팅 스케줄이 사라지고, 대기상태(Pending)로 바뀐 경우, 추가 미팅 요청을 하고, 상대방의 미팅 슬롯이 남아잇는 경우에만 재 스케줄링이 가능하지만 보장되는 것은 아닙니다.
- 귀하의 미팅 가능 시간은 다른 사람에게 공개되지 않습니다.
